Vacuum Dust Extraction System
When working with aluminium it is important that no aluminium should be allowed to float around the workshop and contaminate other cars, especially those made of steel.

When a panel is being sanded or cleaned prior to welding or dent pulling, or indeed after using aluminium filler prior to painting, the normal grinding process could let this happen.

For this reason we have suggested the use of the Festo SRM 312 Dust Extraction System, complete with the angle grinder and accessories. When it is in use the grinder or sander can be adjusted to shield the waste material from being pushed around the workshop, whilst at the same time the vacuums suck the waste away. The waste dust is collected in the vacuum bag for safe disposal.

The angle grinder is supplied complete with all the types of discs, handles, hoses and automatic switching to allow the system to operate only when required.
